Dolantogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including technical disruptions, server failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

• Dolantogel's liability is limited to the value of funds held in your account at the time of the incident.
• Dolantogel is not responsible for internet connection costs, roaming charges, or device costs you incur.
• Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the incident.
• The final decision on any dispute rests with the dolantogel management team and is binding.

• Before closing your account, ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances.
• Accounts closed at a player's request cannot be reopened without special approval from the dolantogel team.
• If an account is closed due to fraud or a terms violation, all balances and wins may be forfeited.
• Players who request self-exclusion on responsible gambling grounds will have their request processed within 24 hours and will not be permitted to re-register for the duration of the specified period.
